How does the document extraction work?
On Pro+, you drop a supported file - such as a PDF invoice, text file, or image of a bill. The engine reads the text, identifies the document type, and extracts relevant numbers using pattern matching in your browser.
How does the answer engine work?
When you upload a questionnaire, the rules-based engine identifies what each question asks using 55+ matching patterns. It retrieves your data and matches it against 200+ answer templates so you can review, edit, and export a draft response.
Where is my data stored?
Your ESG workspace is stored locally in your browser. Optional AI enhancement, if enabled, sends selected text to the API provider using your own key. You can back up and restore your data from Settings at any time.
What documents can it read?
Electricity bills, gas invoices, water bills, waste disposal manifests, fleet fuel receipts, and payroll/HR summaries. In English, German, and French. It auto-detects 20+ European energy providers including E.ON, Vattenfall, EnBW, EDF, Engie, Stadtwerke, Remondis, Veolia, and Suez.
What if it gets a number wrong?
Every extracted value shows its source text and confidence level. You review and confirm each field before it gets used. Nothing is applied automatically - you stay in control.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Pro (€299) is the full response workflow: upload the questionnaire, map your data, generate draft answers, and export. You provide the data manually. Pro+ (€499) adds document extraction for supported bills, invoices, manifests, and HR reports. Both are one-time payments, no subscription.
